Glen Rock-Boro Hall is the station on the Bergen County Line, and is one-fifth of a mile east down Rock Road from Glen Rock-Main Line on the Main line. The Main & Bergen County Lines rejoin each other approximately one-mile north of the station. These two stops are so close together that it is assumed that passengers will walk between, so tickets can’t be purchased between the two Glen Rock Stations or from this station to stops on the Main Line (all other station combinations, priced by default for a transfer at Secaucus Junction can be purchased between Bergen County Line stations and Main Line stations).
The station consists of two 8 car long low-level side platforms for the two-track line that begin at the grade-crossing of Rock Road and head south, ending just before the low-bridge underpass for Maple Avenue. At the southern end of both platforms is a wooden mini-high platform (with a built in wooden bench at the top level) for minimal wheelchair accessibility. There are staircases down to the sidewalk of Maple Avenue, from the parking lots along each platform just beyond the southern ends of each platform for easier access and to provide a second pedestrian connection between the two station platforms. The middle of each platform has a small modern canopy structure, covering one car length on the Suffern-bound platform, and two on the Hoboken-bound platform, this canopy also includes a small brick more enclosed shelter for waiting passengers. The Hoboken-bound platform leads out to a 160 space parking lot running along the entire platform with the namesake Glen Rock Borough Hall across Harding Plaza from the parking lot. The Suffern-bound platform leads out to an 180 space parking lot, along West Plaza.
