Table of Contents:

• Introduction — also taking Empire Service Train #285 from Albany to Syracuse
• To Niagara Falls and Canada with a stop in Buffalo — taking the westbound Maple Leaf #63 to Buffalo-Exchange Street, riding the Buffalo Light Rail, continuing on Empire Service Train #281 to Niagara Falls, NY and walking across to boarder to Ontario
• Via Rail Train #90 from Niagara Falls to Aldershot
• Continuing into Toronto on GO Transit — taking the GO Bus to Burlington for the GO Train and taking that into Toronto. Also includes my time in Toronto Railfanning the TTC and watching a baseball game at the SkyDome (Rodgers Centre)
• The midnight bus and time spent in Ottawa — I took the midnight Greyhound bus to Ottawa and spent that morning railfanning O-Train
• Via Rail Train #634, a Renaissance Cars trip from Ottawa to Montreal — I continued by train to Montreal and lucked out getting a quite new and modern renaissance trainset
• My weekend in Montreal — I did quite a bit, did a lot of walking, found a free festival, took in a free fireworks show and of course rail fanned the Montreal Metro
• Taking the Southbound Adirondack #68 home, getting off in Yonkers
  • Page 1 — a quick jaunt out of Quebec
  • Page 2 — clearing customs and beginning the journey through upstate New York
  • Page 3 — following Lake Champlainwith stunning views of Vermont
  • Page 4 — more amazing scenery along Lake Champlain
  • Page 5 — the final jaunt onto the Hudson and along it to Yonkers
