The Tacoma Dome Station is the southern terminal of the LINK light rail and the transportation center their is the main reason it was built. The cornerstone of it is a 2410 space parking garage. It is also the southern most stop of the Sounder Commuter Rail that makes 4 trips each rush hour to/from Seattle (It has a station that is on a different line completely seperate from Amtrak). It is also a major stop for Sound Transit Express Bus Routes, and Pierce Transit's Local ones. The Tacoma, WA Amtrak station is just a few blocks down Puyallup Avenue. The Tacoma link terminal is a simple single platform, but the tracks continue a little farther down to the maintnance facility. The Sounder platform is just across the street.
