Jefferson/1st Ave is a light rail station in downtown Phoenix that serves Eastbound/Southbound trains. The stop consists of a platform that is basically the sidewalk in front of Historic City Hall. A series of small concrete blocks separates the platform from the sidewalk. There is a simple fence in some places too. Just south of the station the line curves to go east and follow Jefferson Street out of downtown
Public Art Program: Stephen Farley. It consists of historic photos of downtown Phoenix as well as two mosaics in the floor of the platform.
