Atlantic Street is served by cars for Broad Street only. The light rail here, like in all places is in its own lane on the side of the street. Interestingly traffic along Atlantic Street goes the opposite direction. The station is a simple side station that takes up the entire sidewalk that rises up to the proper platform height. Along the platform the station has a semi-wall that has red curved panels and small squares celebrating manufacturing in Newark.
