Spring Valley is the terminal of New Jersey Transit's Pascack Valley Line, service into New York State is operated by New Jersey Transit under contract with the MTA. The MTA does own the station so almost all the signage is in the MTA black line on top of white sign. It has a New Jersey Transit Tickit machine but the MTA Metro-North Railroad Logo is on the top. Service to the station is peak hour, peak direction rush hour only, since the Pascack Valley Line is sigle tracked. The station is at the Spring Valley Transit Center with TappenZEExpress, Red and Tan, and Transport of Rockland Bus connections. The platform is low-level, with a small short high-level section that makes the station wheelchair accessable. The former station house has become a Poppa John's Pizza Parlor.
