Crown Heights-Utica Avenue is a stacked station. The New Lots-bound trains are on the upper level and the Manhattan-bound trains are on the lower. 3 trains are on the south side, 4 on the north. Fare control is on small mezzanines. There are a number of staircases in between the levels. The lines are stacked at the next to local stops also (Kingston Avenue and Nostrand Avenue). The 4 relays beyond the station. The trains are cleaned at Woodlawn.
