Hoyt Street-Fulton Mall is a normal IRT local stop with no crossover/under. The decor is interesting though. Most of the station was renovated with 1970s red tiling and signs that are unique for the system. At the west end of the station there are also original looking name tablets and molding/trim. The station also has two exits one in the middle and a high exit/entrance gate at the east end in the old looking portion of the station.
