Color changing tubes of LED lights hang in a honeycomb pattern above the new transfer staircases/escalators and elevators between the IRT Uptown 6 train platform and IND B,D,F, and M train platforms. The lights colors are randomly programmed so commuters will never quite know what type of light show they will see as they make the transfer.
