West Side Avenue is the terminus of the West Side Avenue branch, the station is located at ground level on the top of hill, the other side of the getting lower and lower Palisades Mountain, towards the southern end of it. The station has an island platform with the only exit south of it where there is a small open area and then either a staircase directly down the West Side Avenue, or a bridge across West Side Avenue and an elevator or stairs down to the Park and Ride Lot across the street.
