The College Boulevard Station is the easternmost stop on the western section of double track with trains resuming single-track operations just to the east of the station. The stop has two side platforms each with three canopies and connected by grade-crossings at either end. Access to the station is only from a wooden footbridge across the wash to tracks followed by another canopy covering the station's TVMs in a parking on the southern side of the Rancho Del Oro Plaza Shopping Center. The station is named for College Blvd which crosses the tracks about 900 feet east of the station at a grade-crossing but lacks easy pedestrian access because of a strip mall in the way.
