Fenton Parkway

Fenton Parkway opened as an infill station on September 19, 2000 originally on the Blue Line. It serves a new transit oriented development and lacks parking. The station has the required side platforms and is located at grade level. The platforms have their own unique design, each has two double-wide forest green bus type shelters decorated with stone at their bases and housing benches for waiting passengers beneath. There are no grade crossings near the station and just east of it it rises up onto an ariel guideway over the Qualcomm Stadium Parking Lots. The main public entrance is at the eastern end of the northern Old Town-bound platform where Fenton Parkway curves into Northside Drive. There are two gates along this platform into nearby apartments and there are a few other pathways from the station to the developments.
