San Pedro is a Boulevard median blue line station with an island platform in the middle of Washington Blvd. The station platform is accessed via a single entrance at its western end. Here staggered pedestrian cross-walks lead to each side of Washington Blvd. A ramp leads up to the platform where its only canopy is covering to TVMs just before the area where trains actually platform. The standard benches and signs have metal sheeting with reliefs of heads raising from them or beams are covered in etchings that are part of Hope, Dream, Path, Focus, Belief, by Sandra Rowe. The southern end of the platform is just an emergency exit.
