Airtrain JFK-Terminals 5/6
Terminals 5/6 station is currently just for terminal 6 since terminal 5 has been closed since 2001 when TWA went bankrupt and belly up. Terminal 5's landmarked building sits empty with no new infustructure to it from Airtrain. Terminal 6's station sits elevated between short-term yellow parking lot and the service road. Beyond the service road is the terminal itself. Which connects with the station via a high overpass that goes above the airtrain tracks. This overpass also connects with the parking lot meaning that the stairs and elevator also go down to street level for an entrance.
